They are just amazing, we had a long journey and dealt with clinics in Ireland who loved to point out all that was wrong. I felt like an inconvenience and that I was getting it for free. From the first contact they were quick and efficient. On meeting them they are ALL warm and kind the complete opposite to my experience with other clinics. I can honestly say even if I didn't have success I would still rave about them. Travelling is not as complicated at it may seem, and to be honest once you land in the wonderful Athens life stresses left me and I think that helped with the process even though I kept the reasons for my travel private to family and friends. They do tests before treatment which makes so much sense. You often need a hysteroscopy before you start treatment. You hear many who conceive naturally after this. After all it could be something simple up with your uterus and yet in Ireland they don't check the environment to which you transfer an embyro. Fertility treatment is a daunting process for anyone, but I tell you this, the warmth and kindness you receive here along with the excellent knowledge and experience is nothing short of outstanding. They actually care and it's not all about money. They actually saved us money when we thought we needed a sperm protocol by doing something else first. We are forever grateful to the wonderful Sofia, Giannis and all other staff who helped us. We got our perfect little girl who is lying beside me here. 💕

We were in our holiday in Greece and decided to give it a go. As soon as we met Sofia & Dr Koutoulakis we felt listened to, gave us hope and decided to go further with investigations for both me & husband. A big thank you from the bottom of my heart to Sofia & Dr K , who would never leave our questions unanswered , early mornings , late evenings , weekends , Sofia would always be there with professional advice , emotional support , genuinely compassionate & caring. From polyps, endometrioma, fibroid removal (nearly the size of my uterus) Dr K was always there for us. What an excellent surgeon! We were amazed by his professionalism & knowledge, modesty and humbleness, who would always make some time to sit down and talk to you. Still in our early pregnancy stages (18wks) but we have come further than ever before due to the excellent care we received. From the lovely Midwifes & embryologist, to consultants & doctors we cannot recommend the whole team enough. Thank you for everything you made for us!

My husband and I are extremely grateful for our miracle baby! After trying for 8 long frustrating years, we are now parents to a beautiful baby girl because of their excellent care. They really perform miracles! Several months after our trip there we were able to conceive naturally. They treat their patients like family and do everything possible to help. I had their world-famous hysteroscopy which I absolutely recommend. It is true that other places also do hysteroscopy, but not like that. They do special cuts to increase your chance of getting pregnant by 60 percent. Dr Koutoulakis who performed my surgery is very talented and skilled surgeon. We flew all the way to Greece from USA so I could have the procedure, and it was so worth it! We have been there twice. First time was for the consultation and the procedure mentioned above, second for IVF cycle which resulted in high quality frozen embryos. It was while planning our 3rd trip for a frozen transfer we got spontaneously pregnant. With our hearts full of gratitude, we named our daughter Athena to honor them and the beautiful city of Athens in Greece. We cannot thank them enough.

We have felt in really safe hands. Not only in the care and attention we've received but they felt like a partner. The staff were open to listening and answering all the questions we had and the approach we wanted, especially Dr Koutoulakis who was our main doctor. We are now over 20 weeks pregnant, it wasn't the first time round but we built on what we found out step by step. We are extremely grateful we had a team that has got us to this point after 3-4 years struggling to conceive. We will always be thankful.

From the moment we met with Sofia, we felt comfortable and confident. Even in that initial session, we learnt so much and so many questions were answered that local clinics weren't able to. Going abroad for treatment can be a little daunting, and getting flights to align with dates and cycles was tricky but worth the effort. We squeezed in a family holiday around treatment and I think that was the magic ingredient as 2 weeks later I had a positive test from our first attempt. We are very happy with everything and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Couldn't recommend Dr Giannis enough- thanks to them our first IVF treatment was successful after years of IUI in the UK. We were treated as a patient rather than just a number which unfortunately we felt was the case in the UK. Everyone advice, care, kindness and professionalism was far superior to any previous fertility care we had experienced previously. Thank you so much Giannis and everyone.

I traveled from Australia to do IVF as a SMBC. Sofia the embryologist is just wonderful. She is so supportive and kind. Update: I'm pregnant.. with twins! One round of IVF and first frozen transfer. Absolutely amazing team and recommend anyone looking to travel abroad to look no further.
